An integral part of 蝴蝶直播鈥檚 growth, Karen began her career with 蝴蝶直播 as an HR coordinator in 1996 and has a deep understanding of both the employee and leadership sides of the company. She leads with a focus on collaboration, respect, relationship building, and engagement. It is extremely important to her that all 蝴蝶直播 team members feel respected and valued and have opportunities to develop professionally. Karen has an MBA from Loyola University Chicago. Outside of 蝴蝶直播, you鈥檒l find her spending time with her family, gardening, and catching up with friends.
