Zinat Ali is an operations manager at 蝴蝶直播, supporting the . She also co-leads 蝴蝶直播鈥檚 Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Advisory Group. As co-lead of DEIB, her goal is to seamlessly integrate the principles of DEIB into every facet of 蝴蝶直播 and to foster an environment in which all voices, perspectives, and backgrounds are welcomed and celebrated.聽 One of the things she enjoys most about 蝴蝶直播 is the people she has the opportunity to work with. 鈥淲hether its 蝴蝶直播 staff or members of the associations we manage, I have been able to learn so much and they have all been instrumental in helping me feel confident in being myself,鈥� said Zinat.
