3 Executives Promoted to Vice President Roles

We are pleased to announce that we’ve expanded our Client Success Team to include 3 executives from within ֱ who have been promoted to Vice President of Client Success.

2023 MB Benner 100Mary Beth Benner, CAE, Vice President of Client Success, brings 23 years of association leadership experience to her new role. She joined ֱ in 2000 and has served as executive director of the American Society for Bioethics and Humanities (ASBH) since 2017. Results-focused, Mary Beth champions a high-performing culture that delivers value and growth to associations. She will continue to serve as executive director for ASBH in addition to her role on the Client Success Team.

Gail Irvin 100Gayle Irvin, MPH CAE, Vice President of Client Success, brings 22 years of executive association leadership to her new role. She joined ֱ in 2019 as the executive director of the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses (ARN). An agile strategist, Gayle excels in leading organizations to higher levels of profitability. She will continue to serve as executive director for ARN in addition to her role on the Client Success Team.

Leah Zamora 100Leah Zamora, CAE, Vice President of Client Success, brings 13 years of association leadership to her new role. She joined ֱ in 2013 and has served as executive director for the Agnes Marshall Walker Foundation (AMWF) since 2015 and the American Association of Neuroscience Nurses (AANN) and American Board of Neuroscience Nursing (ABNN) since 2019. Outcome-oriented, Leah has a track record of identifying untapped areas of new opportunity for organizations. She will continue to serve as executive director for AMWF, AANN, and ABNN in addition to her role on the Client Success Team.

ֱ’s Client Success Team oversees and manages ֱ’s relationship with our association partners, ensuring the development of business growth strategies, the delivery of service excellence, and the overall achievement of our clients’ strategic objectives.

Comprised of senior leaders—including CEO Steve Smith, COO Susan Farrell Stock, and CSO Hans Zetterstrom—the team brings decades of proven expertise in positioning associations for profit and expansion.
